Who we share it with. Shopify (our store platform), payment processors, delivery carriers, and analytics or advertising partners you have consented to. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers. We are based in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the UK. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where our providers use it.

How long we keep it. Order and tax records for up to 7 years; marketing data until you withdraw consent.

Your rights. You may ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@vexorbrandsllc.com and we will respond within one month.

Complaints. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
