We deliver to the United Kingdom and the United States. Every order is sent with free tracked standard shipping, and most orders arrive within 11–14 business days of being placed.

Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods, carrier delays or events outside our control can add time. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email support@vexorbrandsllc.com and we will investigate with the carrier and, where the parcel is lost, send a replacement or a full refund.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos and email support@vexorbrandsllc.com within 7 days so we can help quickly. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
