2. The platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products to you.

3. Products and pricing

We make every effort to display product colours, materials and sizes accurately. Prices are shown in GBP and the total, including delivery and any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. If we make a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, in which case you will not be charged or will be refunded in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel within 14 days of receipt, our 30-Day No Questions Asked Guarantee, and your rights for faulty goods are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
